Eating a healthy, balanced diet while you're pregnant protects you and your growing baby. Many of you may already take a prenatal vitamin for added insurance; however, choosing the right foods can also help you consume the nutrients that pregnant women need. Below are four important vitamines that pregnant women need, as well as the food sources you can find the nutrients in.

NOTE: Results are for women 19 and older. Because of the amount of folate and iron needed, a prenatal supplement is always suggested.
