Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family
and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they
do for this organization.
Introducing Denise Yvonne, the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial
Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer in CCH Administration in Gillette,
Wyoming. Denise has a bachelor’s in science in Environmental Health/Chemistry,
and has worked at CCH for nearly three years, but she’s been in
healthcare for more than 20 years. Denise chose a career in healthcare
because she wanted to positively affect local residents and the environment.
Denise says that her healthcare hero list is LONG. “I aspire to be
every single
lab technician who has to keep up with an ever progressing industry, nurses
who smile after long days,
doctors who really listen to their patients and, the unsung staff who keep the
organization running smoothly behind the scenes. I truly believe everyone
who works in health care are super heroes!” she says.
When she’s not working, Denise loves to read, run, and spend as much
time exploring her new home state of Wyoming!
We asked Denise what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence
every day means to her. Check out her response:
“Feeling like the work I do is important and meaningful. My previous
experience was in Public Health and the attitudes, outlook and general
demeanor of staff is a 180-degree difference! Here people continue to
work on customer service whether it be a coworker, patient or visitor,
we try to make interactions welcoming, knowledgeable and safe.
Excellence every day means having a positive perspective regardless of
the situation. It means contributing thoughtful input. Making the choice
to take your job personal, if we do that, then only good things will be
produced!”
We couldn’t agree more with you, Denise. We are proud to have you
on our team!
