'Tis the Season for Caroling

Nov 22, 2013

Each year during the holiday season, local groups and organizations come to the hospital for caroling. And while this is a warm and very welcomed tradition, there are some ground rules we want to make sure everyone is aware of so caroling is enjoyable for patients, visitors and employees.

  • Carolers should be scheduled whenever possible, so we know who is in the building, and to not overwhelm patients or staff. You can schedule caroling by contacting Community Relations at 307.688.1580 or communityrelations@ccmh.net.
  • When you arrive at CCMH, please check in at the Information Desk or the reception area to let them know you are scheduled to carol.
  • If you plan to walk through the hospital or Pioneer Manor, we do ask that you check in at each nursing station so staff can close doors for patients requesting privacy.
  • CCMH takes HIPAA regulations very seriously, so written permission is required before taking any photos of patients or residents in a CCMH facility. We know no one has ill intentions when taking these pictures, but we do have some residents who do not wish to have their photos taken, or to have them published on social media sites.

If you have any questions, please call Community Relations at 307.688.1583.
