How is your heart?

Mar 07, 2014

Sometimes, at the Rec Center, I work up quite a sweat and get my heart racing. I know it’s good for me, but it also reminds me of the very important part of my overall physical health that my heart plays.

I think mine is pretty good (although some question whether I have one!), but just in case, I have more peace of mind today than I did a month ago, since we now have two new cardiologists in Gillette.

Drs. Sairav Shah and Nicholas Stamato have joined the CCMH medical staff and are now providing services at Campbell County Clinics, Cardiology.

In the very near future they will also be providing interventional cardiology in our new Cardiac Cath Lab. Sometime in mid-April, we anticipate being able to offer cardiac catheterizations for the first time in our community.

You will undoubtedly be hearing more about these physicians and the very important services they offer. But for now, eat right, work out hard, and take some comfort in the fact that cardiology services are now available should you or your loved ones need them.
