A dozen former Pulmonary Rehab patients enjoyed a special meal, got some education and had fun at the annual Pulmonary Rehab dinner recently. The evening included physical activity games to test knowledge about how to make breathing easier, and a delicious heart healthy meal served by CCH
Nutrition Services.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation helps people with breathing problems such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), better manage their disease through education and supervised activity. The program is supervised by registered nurses and respiratory therapists.
