Jordan Soloai, DPT, a Physical Therapist at CCH
Rehabilitation Services in the Stocktrail Building, 508 Stocktrail Avenue.
Jordan was exposed to healthcare at a young age, but it wasn’t until
college that he knew he really enjoyed helping people through their recovery
process—physical therapy is a great fit. Jordan’s care approach
is through team work with him and the patient, and the providers he works
with. Goal setting and listening to his patients is essential for their
outcome. Working as a progressive team and celebrating achievements together
is very rewarding for him and his patients. Jordan works closely with
orthopedic surgeons
Dr. Stanford Israelsen and
Dr. Robert Grunfeld. He enjoys the opportunity to treat their patients’ just out of
surgery and when they are fully healed and enjoying life.
