Certified Nursing Assistants responsibilities include maintaining patient hygiene, supporting doctors and nurses in medical procedures and technical treatments, patient charting, and explaining care instructions to patients. CNAs provide individualized attention to patients and are the primary caregivers in meeting the day-to-day needs of patients. They play a significant role in relaying information about the condition of patients to other members of the healthcare team since they are the one having constant contact with patients.

CNA Hiring Fair
CCH is looking to hire CNAs on the spot at a CNA Hiring Fair on at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center, 1000 S. Douglas Highway.

  • Monday, February 24, noon-4 pm

If you're not already certified to be a CNA, we'll pay to train you, and encourage you to come to the hiring fair and apply.

CNA Classes
In 2020, there will be seven CNA classes offered at CCH or at Gillette College. Class dates include:

  • March 11-April 4
  • June 9-26
  • September 8-October 2
  • November 9-December 4
  • Plus, two classes at Gillette College from March 6-April 27 and June 5-July 24

Can take up to 24 applicants per class. Register for a class offered at CCH at www.cchwyo.org/CNA.
