Dr. Sara Hartsaw grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She attended
Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., and completed her Surgical Residency in Phoenix, AZ. Dr.
Hartsaw has been in private practice,
High Plains Surgical Associates in Gillette, Wyoming since 1990.
Dr. Hartsaw was elected to the Campbell County Health Board in 2010.
She serves on the Joint Conference Committee, Finance Committee and chairs
the Quality and Safety Committee.
Dr. Hartsaw served as Chief of Staff in 1994 and 2010.
She and her husband Angus McDougall have five children.
