Campbell County Health
- CCH Accounting Department is closing at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 27,
and is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCH Administration is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCH Behavioral Health Services is open until noon on Wednesday, November
27 and is closed on Thursday and Friday. On call coverage is available.
- CCH Biomedical Department is closed on Thursday, and open at 8 am on Friday
- CCH Care Management is closed on Thursday and normal business hours on Friday
- CCH Case Management, Employee Health, Infection Prevention, and Professional
Development offices are closed Thursday and Friday.
- CCH Community Relations and Volunteer Services are closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Early Childhood Center is closed on Thursday, and normal business hours
on Friday (no drop-in, non-working time availability)
- CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any health
emergencies
- CCH Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology is closed Thursday and Friday.
Medical Oncology/Infusion is closed Thursday and open from 8-10 am on
Friday for limited infusions and hydrations; no chemo treatments.
- CCH Home Health and Hospice is closed on Thursday, on call coverage is
available; resume normal business hours on Friday.
- CCH Home Medical Resources office is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Human Resources is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCH Information Technology Department is closed on Thursday and Friday.
Contact the Hospital Supervisor to speak with on call IT staff.
- CCH The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center: Administration, Beauty
Shop, Billing Office, Bistro, Gift Shoppe, and Resident Experience are
closed on Thursday and Friday. Normal holiday hours for Nursing, Environmental
Services and Nutrition.
- CCH Materials Management is closed Thursday and Friday; limited hours on
Wednesday, November 21
- CCH Patient Experience is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Patient Financial Services is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Powder River Surgery Center is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Plant Operations is closed Thursday and Friday. On call coverage is
available.
- CCH Quality and Risk Management is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCH Rehabilitation Services is closed on Thursday and Friday for outpatients.
Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCMH.
- CCH Short-Term Rehabilitation is available short-term per resident need.
- CCH Sleep Center: No Sleep Study testing November 28. Resume normal schedule
November 29. No administrative support Thursday or Friday.
- CCH Wellness office is closed Thursday and Friday

- CCMG Cardiology will offer clinic until noon on Wednesday, November 27,
and is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCMG Main Clinic (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urology)
is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCMG Third Floor Clinics (Endocrinology and Diabetes Education; Nephrology
and Complex Medicine; and Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine) is closed on
Thursday and Friday
- CCMG Kid Clinic is closed Thursday and Friday
- Powder River Orthopedics and Spine is closed Thursday and Friday
- CCMG Walk-in Clinic will close at 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day and resume normal

Campbell County Memorial Hospital
- CCMH Cafeteria is open 8-9:30 am, 12-1:30 pm, and 5:15-6:30 pm on Thursday;
resume normal business hours on Friday
- CCMH Coffee Shoppe is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCMH Dialysis Center is open
- CCMH Gift Shoppe is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCMH Emergency Department is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies
- CCMH Health Information and Records (Medical Records) office is closed
Thursday and Friday; remote transcription services will be available.
- CCMH Patient Access (Registration), near the main entrance of CCMH, is
closed on Thursday; they will be open from 7 am-4 pm on Friday. Patient
Access at the Emergency Department is open both days.
- CCMH Radiology is closed for outpatient services on Thursday with limited
staff for emergencies. Open until 4 pm on Friday.
- CCMH Respiratory Services is closed on Thursday and Friday
- CCMH Surgical Services is closed on Thursday and Friday for elective procedures
