Campbell County Health (CCH) is launching its first Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) to bring together patients, family members and hospital staff in an ongoing effort to enhance the patient care experience.
Members of the PFAC will:
- provide feedback about the needs and experiences of patients and families,
- help evaluate new programs, forms, and patient materials as well as proposed changes to existing programs, forms, and patient materials.
- and serve on various service-line committees and/or workgroups.
