Dr. Hollie Stewart is encouraging you to get your child ready to go back to school with some
simple tips that she'll discuss in greater detail with you on Wednesday,
August 16 at 9 am on Basin Radio Network’s KIML 1270 AM/106.7 FM.
In the meantime, check out these quick tips here:
- get any needed vaccinations as soon as possible
- set bedtimes a little earlier each night for a week or two before school starts
- teach kids to wash their hands after using the restroom and before going
to lunch or eating a snack
- and help manage stress by talking to your kids about things that are bothering them.
