Brad Hudson earns Marriage and Therapy License
Brad Hudson recently received his Marriage and Family Therapy license from the State
of Wyoming. He has been with CCH since 2017, and since 2018 has split
time between the
Kid Clinic and
Behavioral Health Services. Brad is an outstanding clinician and teammate, and has shown natural
leadership qualities by going above and beyond his job description. He
volunteers on the Heart Team, serves as an unofficial clinical mentor
for newer therapists, and is an avid learner. Brad frequently volunteers
to fill in for crisis interventions, assistance in other clinics throughout
the hospital, and uses his 20-plus years of military leadership experience
to offer ideas and solutions to BHS clinic processes. He is an asset to
the clinic, organization, and the community.
Andi Robertson earns Master’s Degree
Andi Robertson recently graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social
Work from the
University of Southern California, and is now provisionally licensed in Social Work. Andi has single-handedly
organized the clinical/therapeutic aspects of the inpatient unit–managing
a multitude of personnel changes, new requirements from DNV/CMS, and shaping
the clinical groups to match the needs of the community. Andi regularly
works outside of her job description, often spending days off and weekends
to meet the needs of patients on the inpatient unit. She regularly participates
in crisis interventions, gives presentations in the community, and goes
above and beyond by connecting families and patients with resources in
the community and surrounding states. Her knowledge and ability to put
her clinical education into action is a standout value she brings to the BHS team.
