The following Campbell County Health employees have recently joined the

Lori Hoesing, RN, CCMH Dialysis Center Manager
Lori Hoesing, RN, has worked in the nephrology field for more than 26
years, with the last five years as Dialysis Supervisor at the Campbell
County Memorial Hospital
Dialysis Center. She was inspired to become a nurse by her grandfather and her passion
for dialysis patients came from caring for her grandfather, who was a
dialysis patient for three years.
The transition to the Dialysis Center at CCMH was an easy one for Lori
because she had assisted in training the first two registered nurses that
opened the Center in 1999 while she was working in Rapid City.
Lori’s favorite part of the job is the long-term relationships she
develops with patients and family members. Since Lori joined CCH, the
Dialysis program has grown from 11 patients to 31, and she is looking
forward to the upcoming expansion of the Dialysis Center to add two additional
treatment chairs.
Lori and her husband moved to Gillette to spend more time with each other
enjoying enjoy their favorite pastime, camping in their RV.
Rori White, RN, Powder River Surgery Center Clinical Manager
Rori White never thought that she would become a nurse.
Powder River Surgery Center’s (PRSC) Clinical Manager majored in Psychology at the
University of Arizona and worked in several behavioral health settings as a case manager, intake
manager and other roles. One of her workplaces provided medical care in
addition to mental health services, and she became interested in nursing.
She went back to the University of Arizona and received her MS-RN in Nursing in 2015.
Rori’s parents moved to Gillette four years ago, and she has family
in Montana. Rori was looking to move from Tucson, and applied for a staff
position at PRSC. She wanted to work in an outpatient surgery center or
as a wound care specialist. She likes the tight-knit, family atmosphere
at PRSC, and the opportunity to see her patients through check-in, surgery
and discharge.
She especially enjoys working with pediatric patients, something she hadn’t
done before. Rori says it’s a chance to make a positive impression
with her patients that can last a long time.
