Tanya Allee named Patient Experience ManagerTanya Allee named Patient Experience Manager

In September, CCH Legend Tanya Allee, RD, LD, has been named Patient Experience Manager. She has been with CCH for more than 13 years in the Wellness Department. Congratulations to Tanya! We are excited for what the future holds for her.

Sherri Bailey named Director of Intensive Care/Medical Surgical ServicesSherri Bailey named Director of Intensive Care/Medical Surgical Services
In August, Sherry Bailey has accepted an expanded role to serve as the Director of Intensive Care and Medical/Surgical Services. Sherry began her nursing career in Med/Surg here at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in 1991. Since then she has been a staff nurse, clinical resource nurse, and clinical supervisor in ICU. Sherry has demonstrated strong leadership skills in her current role as Director of Intensive Care, and will bring the same to Med/Surg. Sherry will continue in her current role as Director of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab. Please congratulate Sherry as she takes on these new challenges.

Mary Barks named Resident and Family Relations CoordinatorMary Barks named Resident and Family Relations Coordinator

In September, CCH Legend Mary Barks retired as the Director of Patient Experience at CCH, and took a position as the Resident and Family Relations Coordinator for The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center and Home Health & Hospice. Mary has worked with CCH since 1990, first working in Behavioral Health Services, and then taking her first positon in Patient Experience in 1994. Congratulations, Mary. We’re excited to keep you at CCH.

Ashely Fraser named Home Health and Hospice DirectorAshely Fraser named Home Health and Hospice Director

In August, Ashley Fraser was named the new Home Health and Hospice Director. Ashley worked in Home Health and Hospice as a staff member and Supervisor from 2009-2016 and was instrumental in implementing their electronic medication administration record system and other processes in the department. Her most recent experience was in CCH Infection Prevention and Professional Development. Her familiarity with the Mission, Vision and Values of CCH, as well as her understanding of strategic initiatives make her an excellent choice to lead the Home Health and Hospice department into the future.

Noamie Niemitalo named Vice President of Human ResourcesNoamie Niemitalo named Vice President of Human Resources

CCH Legend Noamie Niemitalo has been named Vice President of Human Resources for CCH. She has served as Interim VP of Human Resources since February 2017, and her educational background and experience in management and employee engagement are tremendous assets to the organization. Noamie was previously the Director of CCH’s Early Childhood Center.

Join CCH is welcoming our new Information Technology Director, Matt Sabus. Matt comes to CCH from Jefferson, Iowa, where he had extensive experience managing a hospital IT department that used Meditech, the same electronic medical record that is used at CCMH.

Nicole Schrock named Childcare ManagerNicole Schrock named Childcare Manager
Nicole Schrock has been named the Manager of the Early Childhood Center. She had been Interim Childcare Manager since February, 2017. Nicole has a child development associate (CDA) for infants/toddlers and preschoolers and has worked in early childhood since 2001. She has been with CCH since 2008. Congratulations to Nicole as she moved into this position on a permanent basis.
