Recently at the Campbell County Healthcare Foundation's Black Cat Ball, several local health care professionals were recognized for their outstanding service and professionalism. Those winners were:
- Alice Bratton, Retired Nurse and Healthcare Volunteer
- Vicki Wood, Sports Screening Volunteer
- Dr. Nathan Simpson, Orthopedic Surgeon
- Jessica Salvatore-Perez, State Coordinator, Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Program
- Dr. Roger Jordan, Optometrist, Gillette Optometric Clinic
I am also very proud of the CCMH candidates nominated for the CCHCF Outstanding Healthcare award, which are:
- Jonni Belden, Pioneer Manor Administrator
- CCMH Occupational Therapy Department
- Peter Edis, CCMH Behavior Health Services director
- Dr. Brooke England, clinical psychologist, CCMH Behavioral Health Services
- Peggy Gray, hospital volunteer
- Julie Shock, CCMH respiratory therapist
- Veronica Taylor, CCMH Director of Infection Prevention/Disaster Preparedness
- Rachel Wilde, personal trainer, CCMH Wellness department
These individuals represent what’s right with health care in Campbell County. We are truly blessed in our community to have caring and competent individuals who go above and beyond the call to make our health care community a better place.
