In the past 23 years, Festival of Trees has raised more than $1 million for the improvement of healthcare in our community. This year, the event takes place on Friday, November 21 through Sunday, November 23 at CAM-PLEX Energy Hall. Below is a schedule of events:
- Friday, November 21: 9 am-3 pm, open to the Public; 11 am-1 pm, Senior Luncheon-invitation only; 5-8:30 pm, open to the public—enjoy carolers, cider, cocoa, cookies and Santa Land
- Saturday, November 22: 9 am-3 pm, open to the public; 5:30-7 pm, VIP Reception (ticketed event; $20 per person, purchase tickets from Nachelle McGrath at 307.688.6235); 7 pm, doors open to the public and 7:15 pm, Live Auction begins
- Sunday, November 23: 1-5 pm, Family Day, open to families that want to get into the Christmas spirit with crafts and activities for the kids. Admission is one canned food item. Pictures w/Santa for purchase, Crafts, Youth Choice Voting & Reveal
The committee is looking for silent auction donations of all kinds. Items can be donated at the Close to Home Hospice Hospitality House, 300 S. Burma Ave., until Tuesday, November 18. Contact Traci Means at 701.391.2384 for more information.
Volunteers are needed November 19-24 at a variety of hours. There are many volunteer opportunities available from set up and tear down, to front door greeters and silent auction table assistants, raffle assistants and many more. Contact Felicia at 307.688.1583 for more information or to schedule.
