Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family
and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they
do for this organization.
Allow me to introduce Michelle Vogt, MA (Medical Assistant), PBT (ASCP
Phlebotomy Certification), who now works in the
Information Systemsdepartment as a Clinical Analyst. Michelle has worked for Campbell County
Health for eight years—six of those years were spent at the Campbell
County Memorial Hospital
Laboratory as a phlebotomist / lab assistant, and the last two were with Campbell
County Medical Group
Urology located in the Main Clinic. She’s excited for a new adventure with
Information Systems, and we’re happy to have kept her in the organization.
Michelle has had a lifelong dream of wanting to help people, so she felt
a career in healthcare would fit her best. (We think so too!) We asked
Michelle what she likes most about working at CCH, as well as what excellence
every day means to her. Check out her response:
“One of the best things about CCH is the above average technological
advancement and the great work ethics of the people in all of the departments!
Putting forth your best effort at work and outside of work is what I think
excellence every day means to me. The best feeling in the world is making
a patient/co-worker smile, laugh and giving/receiving hugs. Also, knowing
that you have impacted them in a positive way—in life, the negative
can spread like wild fire, but positive reinforcement can put out the
flames.”
Well put, Michelle. We couldn’t agree with you more. Thank you for
always being awesome to our patients and to your co-workers. We appreciate you!
