Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Meet Cynthia (Cindy) Jacob, a Biomed Technician I and Department Secretary with the Campbell County Health Biomed department. Cindy has been with CCH for 11 years. She was a Licensed Wyoming Insurance Agent for 13 years starting at CCH as the Biomed Department Secretary. Overtime, with on-the-job training, Cindy has earned the Biomed Technician I title. Biomed is responsible for maintaining medical equipment and making sure it is functioning correctly for our patients and staff. Before she worked for CCH, Cindy was a patient in the
Heptner Cancer Center. "The care and compassion I was given by the doctor, nurses and staff was my saving grace. I knew that their commitment to patients and their knowledge of their job was something they did not take lightly. They saved my life and their compassion inspired me to want to help other people the way they helped me." We asked Cindy what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:
"Working at CCH has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my lifetime. The knowledge and friendships I have gained from my coworkers and colleagues has enriched my life. Every day is very different in our department and I am proud to be a part of such a caring and educated staff.
Providing "excellence every day" to our customers and staff is the most important part of my day. I enjoy helping with any project or request that comes my way. Making sure we have the inventory to fix most of the equipment without a prolonged down time hopefully provides a better experience to our customers. It is rewarding to provide assistance and know that maybe I have helped make someone's day a little better."
Thank you Cindy for working so hard to make our patient's days better. We appreciate you.
