CINCH Jeans is a major sponsor of the NHSFR. CINCH also partners with the
National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA), as well as supports the
Junior High and High School Division Finals, to supply scholarships to
qualifying contestants. The
Team CINCH program, additionally, recognizes those who excel in academics and athletic performance.

Make sure you swing out to
CAM-PLEX this week (July 16-22) to check out the students competing in the NHSFR
as well as the impressive trade show that’s set up in the Wyoming Center.
For those who don’t know: The NHSFR is the “World’s Largest
Rodeo,” featuring more than 1,500 contestants from across the United
States, Canada and Australia. Athletes vie for national titles, assorted
prizes and their share of thousands of dollars in college scholarships.
Action at the event is non-stop, with rodeo performances being conducted
twice each day. The top-20 contestants in each event then advance to a
final round of competition to determine who will walk away with the coveted
championship buckles.

- Bull Riding
- Cutting
- Saddle Bronc Riding
- Steer Wrestling
- Team Roping
- Tie-Down Roping
Girl’s events include:
- Barrel Racing
- Breakaway Roping
- Cutting
- Goat Tying
- NHSRA Queen contest
- Pole Bending
- Team Roping
Boys and girls compete together in Team Roping, but are separate in all
