Throughout November, Campbell County Health has celebrated National Hospice
Month by honoring the nurses, CNA’s, therapists, and social workers
who make a remarkable difference for the patients and families they serve,
as well as remembering those who have passed away with the
Service of Memory and Hope or
Memorial Blooms programs.
For those who don't know, CCH offers
hospice care for anyone diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Individuals who have
received hospice care often comment that the wished they would have accessed
hospice services sooner. In fact, many patients continue to live with
a great quality of life while receiving hospice care. Check out this quick
video featuring Ashley Fraser, RN, CCH
Home Health and Hospice Director, for more information.
Hospice care addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of
the patient through comfort care, symptom and pain management and other
life-limiting or terminal illnesses. This care can be provided in many
places including the patient’s home, Close to Home Hospice Hospitality
House, and
The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center. To learn more about Hospice, please call 307.688.6230 or visit
