Alan Stuber was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. He attended
Dakota Wesleyan University, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Religion
and Philosophy.
Mr. Stuber was employed by the State of Wyoming before becoming a police
officer with the
Gillette Police Department in 2013. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s
Degree in Public Safety Leadership and Administration Executive Police
Administration in 2017.
Mr. Stuber was appointed to the Campbell County Health Board in 2018, and
elected to the Board in 2018. He serves on the Physician Recruitment and
Retention Committee, Bylaws Committee, and Board Scholarship Committee.
He is the Secretary.
Mr. Stuber lives on the outskirts of Gillette with his wife Ashleigh, son
Brian, and daughter Gale.
