Construction on Eighth Street this summer may make paying your Campbell
County Health
bill or speaking with a
financial counselor challenging at times.
From June 17-July 17, Eighth Street will be closed from Stocktrail Avenue
to Tyler Avenue for water main repairs as part of the
City of Gillette 2019 Water Main Replacement Project. While this project is necessary, it will also close the parking lot at the
Patient Financial Services office, located in the Pioneer Building at 900 W. Eighth Street in Gillette, Wyoming.
Patients can pay their bills at CCH the following ways:
- Call 307-689-3343.
-
For CCMH bills only, patients may pay their bill online at
www.cchwyo.org/bill.
-
Park on Stocktrail Avenue and walk up a small flight of stairs into the
building.
Check out the video for further instructions.
Those who are not comfortable with those options can pay their bill at the
Campbell County Memorial Hospital Operator Office in the Main Lobby (often referred to as PBX) at 501 S.
Burma Avenue in Gillette, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
If you need to speak with a Financial Counselor, and cannot get into Patient
Financial Services in the Pioneer Building during the construction, a
counselor can meet with you at CCMH. Please call 307-688-2690 to schedule.
If you have questions concerning your current hospital or clinic statement,
please contact Patient Financial Services at 307-688-2690 or email your
questions to
pfs@cchwyo.org.
Patient Financial Services manages the Campbell County Memorial Hospital,
Campbell County Medical Group
Clinics,
Home Health and Hospice, and
Home Medical Resources billing. This department makes it easier for patients at the hospital
and the clinics to pay nearly all their bills in one location. Learn more
