March 14, 4:45 pm: As of 5 pm on Thursday, March 14, the City of Gillette will be at a Level
1 snow emergency. Please do not park on emergency snow routes as the City
continues to plow roads.

March 14, 9 am: City now at a Level 2
The City of Gillette has dropped to a Level 2 snow emergency.
Staff who stayed overnight should follow up with their manager to make
sure there are no other staffing needs after the Level 3 snow emergency.
All nonessential staff can stay home; essential staff is required to come
in. When the City drops to a Level 1 snow emergency, CCH moves to business
as usual and staff is expected to report to work. Please contact your
manager for clarification.

- The CCMH Emergency Department is open 24/7.
- Emergency Medical Services is staffed in Gillette and Wright.
- The CCMG Walk-in Clinic will be open 8 am-6 pm, last patient taken at 5:30 pm
- CCH Dialysis Center is open.
- Heptner Cancer Center is closed this morning; hours may change as conditions improve
- CCMH Radiology will not be open in the morning; patients coming for outpatient
procedures will be called to reschedule. Staff is available for afternoon
procedures.
- CCH Rehabilitation Services is closed for outpatient procedures; patients
that receive wound care will be seen.
- CCH Wellness is open.

The City of Gillette has declared a Level 3 Snow Emergency as of March
13 around 10 pm.
This means that all non-emergent travel is prohibited. Staff who are currently
on shift are asked to shelter in place; essential staff are required to
come to work; nonessential staff should stay home. Staff are asked to
call 307-688-8888 and/or your manager to get information on staffing.

At this time, nonessential employees can go home; essential personnel are
required to come to work. Essential personnel are positions that must
be maintained to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the department.
Your manager will make the determination if you are essential or not.

March 13, 10:41 am: Campbell County School District is sending students home early today. Elementary Schools will be dismissed
at 1:30 pm and Secondary Schools will be dismissed at 1 pm.
CCH Early Childhood Center will have care in the School Age Room for staff
who need a place for their children due to schools being released early.

Due to severe weather conditions, the Campbell County Medical Group
Wright Clinic is closed today;
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Wright is fully staffed. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
March 12, 6:08 pm: Level 1 Snow Emergency: Move vehicles from snow emergency routes
The City of Gillette, Wyoming Administrator has declared a Level 1 Snow
Emergency effective at 6 pm on Tuesday, March 12. Per city code, this
means that all vehicles must be removed from the designated Snow Emergency
Routes. Vehicles not removed from the Snow Emergency Routes can be towed
at owner’s expense.
